09:00am: Setup continues

05:00pm: Setup complete

Friday, April 24 - SHOW OPEN TO PUBLIC

09:00am: Vendor setup and sales (until 6:00pm)

12:00pm: Tanks ready for fish, benching begins

05:00pm: Deadline to enter fish

06:00pm: Benching ends

Saturday, April 25 - SHOW OPEN TO PUBLIC

*Goldfish and koi presentations- times tbd

09:00am: Vendor sales (until 6:00pm)

09:30am: Start of judging

11:30pm: Food trucks arrive (stays until 2:30pm)

3:00pm: GOLDFISH WINNERS ANNOUNCED!

3:30pm: Goldfish Judge’s Walk-Around

04:00pm: KOI WINNERS ANNOUNCED!

04:30pm: Koi Judges’ Walk-Around

05:00pm: Exhibitor goldfish may be claimed and removed

06:00pm: Banquet cocktail and social

06:30pm: Banquet dinner, silent auction, raffle, awards

08:30pm: After party at host hotel

Sunday, April 26 – NO PUBLIC SHOW HOURS

08:00am: Exhibitor fish removed from tanks

09:00am: Tear-down begins (exhibitor help needed)
