09:00am: Setup continues

05:00pm: Setup complete (tanks ready for fish)

Friday, April 24

09:00am: Vendor setup and sales (until 6:00pm)

12:00pm: Benching begins

05:00pm: Deadline to enter vendor purchased fish

06:00pm: Benching ends

Saturday, April 25

*Goldfish presentations- times tbd

09:00am: Vendor sales (until 6:00pm)

09:30am: Start of Judging

11:30pm: Food trucks arrive (stays until 2:30pm)

04:00pm: MAJOR WINNERS ANNOUNCED!

04:30pm: Judges Walk-Around

05:00pm: Exhibitor goldfish may be claimed and removed

06:00pm: Banquet cocktail and social

06:30pm: Banquet dinner, silent auction, raffle, awards

08:30pm: After party at host hotel
