ZNA Carolina and the Raleigh Aquarium Society are pleased to bring a goldfish competition to the ZNA Carolina Koi Show in Raleigh on April 24-25, 2026. The ZNA Carolina Koi Show is an annual event that hosts thousands of visitors providing a single place to come and enjoy both koi and goldfish (and vendors) in the same visit.
The show is intended to raise awareness of these unique fish and provide education about keeping and caring for them in a home setting. The show will provide an opportunity to connect goldfish enthusiasts with one another as well as with the larger aquarium and fish-keeping aquarium community.
For the first time, the Koi Show will features hourly talks on goldfish and koi aimed at anyone considering becoming a hobbyist.
Food trucks, dry vendors, plant vendors, and fish vendors will all be on hand as in years past.
